VILLA SPASENKA - DUBROVNIK
Located close to Dubrovnik, Villa Spasenka is a lovely seafront villa with two swimming pools and a wellness area. The villa is conveniently located close to amenities and the beach, and is just 750m from Dubrovnik, an ancient walled city, and UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is plenty to do in the area with activities including swimming, snorkelling, diving, and sailing.
Villa Spasenka (500 sqm) consists of a main building which develops over five floors connected by a lift and stairs.
The villa consists of an open plan living room (with sofa, chairs, TV, and dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a sitting area with three stools) as well as a wine bar, billiard room (with bar) and a spa with indoor swimming pool (19 sqm), jacuzzi hot tub and sauna.
The sleeping area develops over two levels. On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with tub and shower). Two of the bedrooms have terrace access and the other has a balcony.
On the second floor, you will find another three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower). Two of the bedrooms have terrace access.
Outside, you will find a terrace featuring a swimming pool (14 sqm) with a sitting and sunbathing area (with sun loungers), relaxation areas (with comfortable seating) and an outdoor dining area (complete with dining table).
