Found sitting on the beautiful shore of the most prestigious lake in Italy, Villa Dolce Vita is nestled between the village of Torno and the waters of Lake Como. With local shops and restaurants found within walking distance, a mooring just in front of the villa and a private heated swimming pool (equipped with hydromassage, while also being child-friendly with its different levels) built on a large terrace, the villa is the ideal place for spending a luxurious holiday on Lake Como. The property also offers a play room, fitted with table tennis and foosball table. Activities include small receptions (up to 50 people), private boat rental, walks in Torno village, dining in local restaurants, swimming, water-skiing sessions (booked at the villa reception) and exploring nearby towns and villas by car.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
