Located on the north-west coast of Sicily, Villa Messi is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool, large terraces, and wonderful views of the Gulf of Castellammare. The villa is close to Guidaloca beach, the village of Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo and the Zingaro nature reserve. It is also within and hour’s drive of Erice, Trapani, Marsala, and the temples of Segesta and Selinunte.
Villa Messi (150 sqm) develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a large open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa, armchairs, table, chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area on this level, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
