VILLA ORSOLA - SARTEANO AREA
Located in the heart of Tuscan countryside between the Val d’Orcia and the Valdichiana, Villa Orsola is a charming villa with a large garden and private swimming pool. Whether you’re looking to unwind with loved ones or planning a special event, the villa makes an ideal base for both relaxation and exploring Tuscany. Sarteano is nearby with its shops and restaurants, while the enchanting towns of Pienza, Montepulciano, and Montalcino as well as the spa towns of Chianciano Terme and San Casciano dei Bagni are just a short drive away. Furthermore, the beautiful town of Siena is just an hour’s drive away with Florence only 126 km away.
Villa Orsola consists of a main villa which develops over two levels (ground and first floor), along with a separate dependence. The villa sleeps 12 guests in six double bedrooms plus two in two single beds that can be added on request. Additionally, it’s worth noting that the double/twin bedrooms feature two single beds that can be combined to form a double or separated into two singles as needed.
MAIN VILLA (sleeps 10)
On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room (with sofas and armchairs), a dining room with a large table and a well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences and small appliances. Also, on the ground level, you will find one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds; 200 x100 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with tub).
On the first floor, you will find two double/twin bedrooms (each with two single beds; 200 x100 cm) with ensuite bathrooms (with tub) and two double/twin bedrooms (each with two single beds; 200 x100 cm) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).
DEPENDENCE (sleeps 2)
The dependence offers a further double/twin bedroom (with two single beds; 200 x100 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with tub).
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a four-hectares of lush gardens, featuring a swimming pool (measuring 10 x 10 m; 2 m deep; open May to October; unheated) with a poolside area equipped with sun loungers. In addition, a shaded dining area featuring a barbecue and pizza oven provides an inviting space for alfresco meals.
