VILLA FIORE FANTASMA - SIENA AREA This romantic Tuscan villa with a private swimming pool is situated in the heart of Tuscany near Siena, Monteriggioni and San Gimignano. The villa is a great choice for family gatherings or group holidays. The nearest shops and restaurants are in the village of Staggia Senese (2 km), and the must-see towns of Siena, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Florence are within easy reach by car. Villa Fiore Fantasma develops over three levels. The caretaker lives in an apartment on the top floor (with separate access), but all other internal and external areas are exclusively for guests. An entrance hall leads into a dining room, living room (with three sofas) and a well-equipped kitchen (with an independent entrance, oven, gas stove, toaster). Also on this level is one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one guest bathroom (with toilet). On the first floor, you will find a sitting room (with sofa and chairs), six bedrooms and four bathrooms: - three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (two with shower, and one with shower/tub) - one double bedroom (with double bed) - two twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) - one bathroom (with shower).
