The rural environment of this finca is perfect for those who love the countryside and its peace. Beautiful fields surround the wonderful stone building and the private chlorine pool that sizes 7 x 4 metres and has water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 metres. You’ll surely enjoy it after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers available. Then, you can enjoy a delicious meal at the covered terrace and have a very nice evening while chatting on the sofa at the porch. The property is not fenced.
The house comprises two floors. When you enter you find a beautiful living room with TV-sat and a DVD player, which is open to the dining area. Next, there is the Majorcan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Please, note that the wood oven and the fireplace cannot be used. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
