Surrounded by trees and mountains, the exteriors of this beautiful home are ideal for spending time outdoors. Several terraces and a large pergola are perfect for having breakfast, sunbathing on the 2 loungers, reading something while having a coffee or a glass of wine and even watching the sea. But the best thing is to cool off in the fantastic private salt pool that measures 9 x 2.5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.4 to 1.5 meters.
The one-storey house offers you a beautiful living-dining room with TV-SAT, fireplace for the coldest dayds and A/C, a wide ceramic cooktop kitchen, 2 shower bathrooms and two dormitories with wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, direct access to the outside and space to allocate a cot and a high chair. The other one has two single beds. The laundry is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The location is awesome if you like the beach, since it is located at only 600 meters, and the authentic fishermen villages. Colònia de Sant Pere is a little and charming town that has all the necessary services accessible on foot: bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc.
The pool is not available from December 15 to January 15. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
