Located on the eastern side of Sicily, 30 km south of Taormina, Villa Gitana is an exclusive villa with a private swimming pool. Situated in the countryside between the slopes of Mount Etna and the sea, the villa is a great choice for family holidays or holidays with friends. It is conveniently situated just 2 km from Mascali, where you can find shops, banks, and restaurants, and the well-known beaches of Riposto and Fondachello are just a short drive away. From the villa, you can easily reach the marine area of Isole Ciclopi, Taormina, Catania and Syracuse, as well as the natural landscapes of Mount Etna Park.
Villa Gitana (400 sqm) develops over two levels (ground floor and first floor).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
