This modern apartment, located on a first floor, itself features a charming equipped terrace where you can enjoy of breathtaking mountain views whilst you have a tasty breakfast or simply a glass of wine in the evening. Even though, best of all is that if you want to spend a day at one of the most fascinating coves of the island, with crystal-clear waters, you just need to walk a few feet, since the beach is only 110 meters far away.
Indoors, there is a pleasant living-dining room which turns into the perfect place to relax oneself reading a book, watching satellite TV or just resting a little bit. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary to cook such as an induction cooker, an oven and much more. The laundry is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To have some rest, there are two bedrooms with two individual beds and one wardrobe in each of them. There is also availability for a cot and a high chair. Regarding to the bathrooms, there are two with shower, serving all the house. The property also has air conditioner in the living-dining room and in the dormitories.

For major purchases, we suggest you going to Pollença or Puerto Pollença, which both cities are at only 15 minutes away by car.
