VILLA BYNI - COSELLI
Villa Byni is a luxury villa 17th century villa with a lake and private swimming pool. The village of Coselli is just a short walk away (800m), where you can find shops and restaurants and, the local tennis club (2.5 km) offers tennis, football and volleyball. Within easy driving distance you will also find a golf course (29 km) and the popular towns of Lucca (6.5 km), Pisa (19 km) and Florence (50 km) which are ideal for day trips.
Villa Byni offers all the services you would expect from a luxury property, including a personal chef (for preparation of breakfast and one meal 6 days a week), a concierge service (on call and on site) and a maid service (6 days a week).
The 1,000 square metre villa is composed of a main house which develops over four levels.
In the basement, you will find a dining room (with wood burning pizza oven and two tables seating 16 people), a living room (with comfortable seating), a well-equipped kitchen (with table seating 6 people), a laundry area and two bathrooms (with bath, shower and toilet).
On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with comfortable seating), a formal dining room (with a table seating 14 people), and well-equipped kitchen (with larder) and two bathrooms (one with bath and shower; one with shower).
On the first floor, you will find a sitting room (with comfortable seating) with access to the outside, a music room (with a grand piano) and a library (with a desk). In the sleeping area, you will find two bedrooms (connected by a corridor that connects the bathrooms): a master bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower). You will also find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower).
Please note that bedrooms 1 & 2 are inter-connected.
On the second floor we find a small kitchen, a sitting room, and a bathroom (with toilet). In the sleeping area you will find one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) with a bathroom with no window (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Outside, the villa is set in extensive grounds with lakes, fountains, and a private swimming pool (20m x 10m; depth 1.5m – 3m; open May - September). Next to the pool, you will find a grassed area (with sun loungers, and tables and chairs) and between the villa and pool a covered dining area (with two tables and chairs). You will also find further seating and eating areas dotted around the grounds.
