The flat has a fantastic terrace ideal for contemplating the sea views while enjoying some delicious delicacies, whether for breakfast, lunch or an evening meal. In fact, imagine yourself enjoying long evenings with a delicious dinner, a glass of wine and the gentle, cool sea breeze. During the day, only a few steps separate you from the spectacular beach of fine sand and crystal clear waters while, at night, everything is illuminated, full of life, and you only have to cross the street to take a stroll surrounded by small boats along the beach.
The flat is on the first floor of a building without lift. Inside, a living-dining room with satellite television, fantastic views and access to the terrace, is perfect for entertaining watching a film or simply taking a well-deserved rest after a long day. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and all the necessary utensils to make sure you have everything you need for your holiday. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available here. There are three bedrooms, all with two single beds, wardrobe, fan and radiator. In one of them we can also provide you with a cot and a highchair if you need it. Finally, there are two independent bathrooms with shower that serve the whole house.

It is ideal if you are looking to enjoy the sea not only for swimming and sunbathing, but also to be in peace while having a good cocktail on the sand or tasting a delicious Mallorcan paella.
