Around the pool, there is a fantastic terrace to sunbathe on one of the 4 comfortable sunbeds, or protect from the sun at the central hours of the day while you read a book. By the house you will find a fantastic furnished porch, with a relax area where you can sit to celebrate life with a glass of champagne, and with another area with a dining table to taste the delicious grilled meats and vegetables barbecues. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby, although privacy is total.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
