In the terrace you can enjoy the incomparable views to the sea and mountains while tasting a delicious breakfast before heading to the beach. You will reach it from the shared lawn area of the building and you will enjoy the sun directly in the beach, spreading your towel on the sand or the rental sunbeds. Just imagine what a privilege to take a cool dip in the sea only a few steps away!
The inside of this apartment boasts luxury and modernity, as well as spacious rooms such as the impressive living-dining-kitchen. This space becomes a very functional place because you can chat or watch satellite TV while cooking or enjoying your meals. The kitchen area is independent and it offers a ceramic top on a fantastic island with stools as well as an oven, microwave and much more. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A beautiful corridor leads to the shower bathroom and the 3 bedrooms. All of them feature a closet. One has a double bed and en-suite shower bathroom, and the other two present two twin beds each. A cot and a high chair are available on request. Finally, the whole accommodation is equipped with ducted air-conditioning.
This apartment is located in one of the best areas of Puerto de Alcudia, not only because it is on the seafront but also because this is a lively area with all services around, specially in the summer. You will find all kinds of bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, fashion shops, souvenir shops, taxi and bus stops, pharmacy, etc. An then, when the night falls, there also is a great variety of pubs where you can enjoy the night life. We recommend visit the town centre of Alcudia, a cultural visit, and the traditional street market on Tuesday or Sunday. A vist to the Light House of Formentor will also be memorable.
