The Home
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the rooms has two single beds, while the other two have a double bed. Both bathrooms are recently remodelled (one of them attached at the main building).
In the living room there are comfy sofas where you can relax reading a book a taking a siesta. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: blender, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. Of course the apartment has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two furnished terraces where you will be able to enjoy the weather of the island and have a tasty barbecue.
The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, as you can walk everywhere: sand beach, restaurants and bars, pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, taxi rank, surgery, bus stop, etc. The bus frequency is every 15 minutes towards Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollença and...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
