This is a magnificent 6-bedroom villa in Coveta Fumá. It offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is ideal for big groups and families.
A few minutes drive away is the centre of Coveta Fuma with its many restaurants, beaches, and bars. Alicante is 20 km away.
This villa consists of two parts: a main part with large living room, fully equipped kitchen with four bedrooms each with its own luxury bathroom and a downstairs area accessible via an outside staircase with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both levels offer a unique view. Around the swimming pool there are several seating areas and sun beds. There’s an outdoor kitchen that is fully equipped including a dishwasher and barbecue. You can get a cot on request and get the pool heated for a fee.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
