The villa is nestled in the countryside within walking distance of Buseto (1 km) where you can find shops, restaurants and other amenities. The sandy beach of Cornino is just a short drive away and popular tourist spots such Trapani and Marsala, Erice, the Egadi Islands (reachable by boat from Trapani) and the archaeological site of Segesta are all within easy reach. The 250 square meter villa develops over 2 levels. From the entrance on the ground floor, you will find a sitting room (with comfortable seating), a dining room (with dining for 8 people), a living room (with a large sofa and garden access), a well-equipped stainless steel kitchen (with island) and a bathroom (with toilet and washing machine).
