Located about 13 km from the town of Ispica in the south-east of Sicily, Villa Anzola is a lovely old farmhouse with a swimming pool. Ideal for families and small groups, the villa overlooks the famous Pantani Longarini reserve, where migrating flamingos and other water birds can be seen each year. Porto Ulisse beach and the Marzà Beach Club are just 1 km away and the villa is within easy driving distance of Pozzallo and Ispica, where you can find shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
Villa Anzola (150 sqm) consists of a main villa and two dependencies.
MAIN VILLA (sleeps 4)
In the main villa, you will find a living room with a sitting area (with sofa, chair, and TV), a dining area (with table for 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one bathroom (with shower) and a veranda.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
