Located close to the small town of Maglie in the Lecce region of Italy, Villa Eulalia is an elegant, spacious villa with a garden and private swimming pool. Decorated in a traditional Italian style with antique décor and elegant furnishings, the villa is a great choice for family holidays or vacations with friends. In Maglie (2 km), there are shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is 22 km away, and you might want to explore Scorrano, Cursi, Melpignano, Muro Leccese oand Castrignano De’ Greci. Please note that, the owner lives on the basement floor; the outdoor area is at exclusive use of the guests and the guests share with the owner only the entry gate.
Villa Eulalia (200 sqm) consists of a main villa and an annex. The owner lives in the tavern, but guests have exclusive use of the outdoor areas.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
