VILLA VITALIA - FLORENCE AREA
Located in the Chianti region, 36 km from Florence, Villa Vitalia is an elegant villa with a private swimming pool and spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The villa has been beautifully restored and is surrounded by magnificent gardens, making it the perfect place to relax and escape the crowds. The nearest village and shops are in TavarnelleVal di Pesa (2 km) and many of Tuscany’s must-see towns are within easy driving distance including - San Gimignano, Florence, and Siena.
Villa Vitalia (400 sqm) consists of a main villa which develops over three levels and an annex.
Main Villa (sleeps 8)
In the basement of the villa, you will find the Spa (accessed from the back of the villa) which features a Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi hot tub and a small gym.
On the ground floor, the villa opens into a comfortable sitting room (with sofa and chairs). This room leads to the billiard room (with corner bar), the main kitchen, dining room (with a table for twelve people), and a second sitting room (with comfortable sofa, chairs, and TV).
On the first floor (reached by a stone staircase) you will find a living room with wooden beamed ceilings (with sofas and a desk), two double bedrooms (with double beds and walk-in wardrobes) with ensuite bathrooms (with bath and shower), one double bedroom (with double bed and walk-in wardrobe) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds and walk-in wardrobe) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Annex (sleeps 4)
In the annex you will find a living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with a table that seats four) and a kitchen area (with oven, gas hob). In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower). Outside, there is a shady private terrace (with a table seating four).
Landscaped gardens surround the property which include a swimming pool (8m x 16m; depth 2.5m; open from 25 March - 20 October), a jacuzzi (cold water) and a sun terrace (with sun loungers, umbrellas, and barbecue). In the garden you will also find a children’s play area as well as a shady alfresco dining area (with a table that seats twelve and comfortable outdoor furniture) where people can eat and relax.
