VILLA BRANIMIRA - SELCA AREA
Located close to the small town of Selca on the south-east coast of Brac Island, Villa Branimira is a lovely waterfront villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is just a stone’s throw from the sea and 3 km from the centre of Selca, where you can find shops and other amenities. The villa offers a range of extra facilities such as a spa, jacuzzi hot tub, and gym, as well as a wine room, entertainment room with table football and a mooring for small boats.
Villa Branimira (380 sqm) develops over three levels (ground floor, first floor and second floor).
On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas) and a large, well-equipped modern kitchen with an island. There is also a spa area and a laundry room on this level.
On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers). Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace (with a hot tub). On the same level, you will find an entertainment room (with two TV’s, comfortable seating, and a football table).
On the second floor, you will find one triple bedroom (with king size bed and single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with king size beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). Both bedrooms have access to a terrace.
Outside, you will find an open terrace featuring a swimming pool (6m x 5m; depth 1.5m; heated on request) with chairs and sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and barbecue. A few steps away, there is a sunbathing area by the sea (with hanging chairs and sun loungers) as well as a mooring for small boats (up to 15m).
