VILLA CARRABELLE - LUCCA AREA Villa Carrabelle, an elegant farmhouse with a private swimming pool, is set in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Close to the walled town of Lucca (6.5 km) and within 30 minutes of the coast, the villa is a haven for country lovers who want to explore the delights of Tuscany. Villa Carrabelle is just walking distance from a small supermarket and restaurant (1.5 km) and within easy reach of must-see cities including, Florence (50 km) and Siena (80 km). The villa is composed of a main house which develops over three levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with comfortable sofas), a large dining room (with table and seating for 22 people), a well-equipped kitchen (with table seating 8 people), a games room, a laundry and two guest bathrooms (with toilet). On the first floor, you with find five bedrooms. Three double bedrooms (with king-sized bed) with en-suite bathrooms (with shower), one twin bedroom (with two single beds that can made into a double) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with French bed (140 cm x 170 cm) suitable for one adult or two children) with en-suite bathroom (with shower). On the second floor you will find a further three double bedrooms (with king-sized beds) with en-suite bathrooms (with shower). Please note that some of the bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed making the maximum occupancy up to 19 people. Outside the villa is set in well-manicured garden shaded by a rose trellis. Here, you will find a private swimming pool (12 m x 4 m) surrounded by a large grassy area (with sun loungers). Next to the villa there is a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool with an outdoor dining area (with table and seating for 22 people) and barbecue.
