VILLA SAMANTA - MARSALA AREA Villa Samanta, a beautiful and spacious modern villa, can be found on the outskirts of Mazara del Vallo town, just 1.8km from the nearest beach, only 4 minutes by car. You will be within 10 minutes drive from the centre of Mazara town, where you can find an excellent range of restaurants, bars, shops, and more, with some restaurants and shops closer to the villa. The property offers a large garden with private swimming pool. The villa develops over two levels. On the ground floor we have two spacious and bright living rooms with sofas, TV and dining areas. There is a separate kitchen, equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and more. On this level, we also find a large bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, as well as a laundry area with washing machine.
