Villa Granturco is a lovely modern villa located close to Santa Maria del Focallo in south-east Sicily. This family-friendly villa is near to a blue flag beach (80 m) and a restaurant (300 m), and a few minutes’ drive from a lido, bakery, and small market. The towns of Pozzallo and Ispica, where you can find more shops and restaurants, are within easy driving distance, and for day trips, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Syracuse are within easy reach by car, as well as the Vendicari nature reserve.
Villa Granturco (160 sqm) develops over one level.
The villa consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen area.
In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one single bedroom (with French bed), and a bathroom (with a shower).
Outside, there is a garden (300 sqm) and two verandas with dining and relaxation...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
