VILLA CAMMIE - SALO AREA
Located close to Salò on the west shore of Lake Garda, Villa Cammie is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool. Set in acres of private park land and organised into independent (but connected) apartments, Villa Cammie is an ideal holiday destination for large families or groups of friends. Within walking distance, you will find the beautiful small town of Salò with many shops, restaurants, bars and public beaches. There is also an active cultural and music scene with regular music events along the lakeside promenade.
This 650 square metre villa develops over 3 levels and is organised into 5 apartments.
In apartment one, you will find a lounge/dining area, a kitchen, two double bedrooms (with double beds) and two bathrooms (with showers).
In apartment two, on the first floor, you will find a living/dining area, kitchen and guest bathroom (with toilet, basin and washing machine). On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), two double bedrooms (with double beds) and a family bathroom (with bath/shower).
Apartment three is on the first floor where you will find a large living space with a lounge area (with two double sofa beds) a kitchen and dining area (with table and chairs) and a bathroom (with shower). On the mezzanine level (with no floor to ceiling wall along the length of the room or door between the staircase and room area) you will find a double bedroom (with double bed).
In apartment four, on the ground floor, you will find a kitchen/dining area and a bathroom (with shower). On the first floor you will find one double bedroom (with double bed).
In apartment five you will find a large living space with a dining area (with dining table seating 16), a well-equipped kitchen and a lounge area (with sofa seating). There is also a bathroom (with shower).
Outside, the villa is setting in 5 acres of private land with a large garden and private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m; open Mar – end Oct;). You will also find eating and relaxation areas (with garden furniture), a dedicated dining area (with table and seating for 16+), a barbecue area and an outdoor Jacuzzi (for 6-8 people).
