VILLA DELL’IMPERATORE - FLORENCE AREA
Located close to Firenze, Villa Dell’ Imperatore is a detached villa overlooking the valley below with private pool offering accommodation for 6 people. The villa is set among a large park (10 acres) with landscaped gardens and its interior decor is set with antiques furniture and paintings from 1800’s.
Villa Dell’Imperatore develops over two levels and is a non-smoking villa.
Ground floor: as you enter the villa you will find a spacious living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and a fireplace, double sofas, a dining room with table and chairs. The rooms have been adorned with paintings and antiques pieces. There is a separate WC. Next to the dining room there is a modern fitted kitchen equipped with American fridge, a dishwasher, coffee machine, four gas burners and a microwave. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
You can access the terrace from the living room through the French windows. The outside space provide also dining facilities and boasts panoramic views of the countryside around.
First floor: You will find a master double room with en-suite bathroom including a Jacuzzi bathtub and walk in closet. There are two additional double rooms one of them with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower). The bathrooms are decorated with marble tiles and golden taps. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and also mosquito nets provided.
The external area is providing a relaxing atmosphere with its 10 acres parkland, the salt water swimming pool with waterfall (8m x14m) and sun loungers around. There is a spacious terrace with dining table and chairs, a gazebo (4m x4m), an outdoor BBQ area with pizza oven. There is parking facility on site.
