VILLA ISOTTA - GARDONE RIVIERA AREA
Located in the exclusive residential area of Gardone Riviera on the western shore of Lake Garda, Villa Isotta is a lovely modern villa with a private pool and fantastic lake views. Close to the Vittoriale (a lavish estate created by the eccentric poet Gabriele D’Annunzio) and upper Gardone village where you can find shops and restaurants, the villa is also within easy reach of the lakefront centre of Gardone (1.5 km) with its elegant promenade, historical attractions, shops, restaurants, cafes and ferry port.
The 250 square metre villa develops over 2 levels.
On the ground floor you will find an open plan living space (with large windows overlooking the garden and lake) with a lounge area (with sofa seating for 6 people) and a well-equipped modern kitchen (with dining table and chairs for 10 people). Also on this floor you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a bathroom (with toilet, shower and washing machine).
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms (with double beds and access to a balcony with lake views) and two family bathrooms (with showers).
Outside you will find a large terraced garden (with olive trees and other mature plants), a private swimming pool (12 m x 6 m; open end March – end November) with waterjet and whirlpool, a sun deck (with sun loungers), an outdoor dining area (with table and chairs for 10 people and open/close pergola) and a gas barbecue.
