VILLA ACQUAMARINA - MODICA AREA
Located near Donnalucata, just 1.4km from the sea and close to shops and restaurants, Villa Acquamarina is a luxury villa with private swimming pool and wellness area in a popular seaside resort on the south-east of Sicily. Framed by typical dry-stone walls, this villa offers a well-tended garden and large panoramic terraces overlooking the lovely surrounding landscape and the sea.
Nearby, you can also find the charming baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Syracuse and Marina di Ragusa with its clubs. It is the ideal property for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year.
The property develops over three levels, accessed also via lift.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with dining room, a well-equipped masonry kitchen and the exclusive wellness area with Turkish bath, whirlpool tub, two bathrooms with shower and the amazing indoor heated pool (8x4m; 1m – 2m deep). The pool is open all year round and it can be heated to 25 degrees Celsius, on request.
On the first floor, reachable by an imposing, external double staircase, a bright hall leads to an elegant sitting room with fireplace and to two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower.
The second floor includes two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) with sloping ceiling and a bathroom with shower.
These luxurious rooms are equipped with modern amenities, such as air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Hi-Fi with background music system, wood oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
Outside, we have a beautiful terrace with views over the countryside and garden furnishings, patio with dining area and garden.

Modica, a picturesque town in the heart of Sicily's southeastern corner, is a destination that offers a rich blend of history, culture, and gastronomy.
