VILLA ZORICA - SPLIT-DALMATIA AREA Located in Župa in the Split-Dalmatia area of Croatia, Villa Zorica is a modern villa with a private swimming pool. Located in a secluded spot close to mountains, the villa is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. You can find a grocery store in Rašćane (5 km) and the larger town of Zagvozd is 14 km away with shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Places of interest in the area include the popular resort of Makarska and the pilgrimage site of Medjugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The villa also offers a range of sporting activities (2 minutes’ walking distance) including multifunctional sports court (tennis, basketball and mini football), mini golf course, bocce court, outdoor swimming pool (9.5 m x 4.5 m) which can be heated. Villa Zorica (155 sqm) consists of the first and second floor of a three-storey house and a separate building with a barbecue. The ground floor is not in use. A staircase (with eighteen steps) leads you to the entrance on the first floor, where you will find an open plan kitchen/dining room (with dining table seating ten). The dining room leads into a large living room (with sofas) where you can relax. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 160 cm x 200 cm) and one bathroom (with shower). On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 160 cm x 200 cm), two twin bedrooms (with two single beds; 90 cm x 200 cm) and one bathroom (with shower). In a separate building (42 m from the villa) you will find an indoor area with a fireplace and barbecue. Outside, the villa features a garden with a private heated swimming pool (24 sqm; depth 1.6 m; steps; fresh water; open 1 May - 1 November) and sun terrace (with sun loungers). Next to the villa is a shaded outdoor terrace (with table seating six) for Al Fresco dining.
