MARZA RESIDENCE - ROSA AND AZZURRA The Rosa and Azzurra villas are two separate buildings next to each other, each with their own garden and private pool. The property is close to the charming fishing village of Marzamemi and it is only a short driving distance away from the beautiful baroque towns of Noto and Syracuse. VILLA AZZURRA - Sleeps 8 Villa Azzurra, a newly built and modern house, is located just a few steps from a large, beautiful sandy beach. With extensive views over the sea, large terrace equipped with comfortable seating, a private pool and rooftop terrace, the villa is ideal for a romantic getaway or a sea side holiday with the family. The property is close to the charming fishing village of Marzamemi and it is only a short drive distance away from the beautiful baroque towns of Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse, Noto and many others. The Vendicari nature reserve, Taormina and Mount Etna are also a short driving distance away. The house develops over two floors. On the ground floor, we find the living room with dining area and kitchen. The sleeping area consider of one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one normal double bedroom and one bedroom that can be either with two single beds or a double bed (by joining the two beds together). There is a second separate bathroom with shower. On the first floor (accessed from the outside only), we find a 4th bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Here, we also have access to the outdoor terrace. The access is from the outside only. Here, we find the covered terrace with sun lounges, table and chairs, with a wonderful view of the sea. Outside, the house is surrounded by more terraces, with comfortable seating, table and chairs for al-fresco dining, a private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open all year round) Facilities: Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning (3 units), dishwasher, washing machine, black coffee percolator, electric oven, espresso machine, fridge and freezer, hairdryer, parking, highchair, iPod docking station, iron, kettle, microwave, mixer, mosquito nets in all the bedrooms and living room, security safe, satellite TV, toaster, barbecue, external shower, bath towels changes twice per week, pool towels and bed linen changed once per week, baby cot, welcome basket. VILLA ROSA - Sleeps 4+2 The villa develops over one level. Inside, we find the living/kitchen area with large doors that open onto the terrace and the modern kitchen with table and chairs and equipped with built in appliances. The sleeping area consists of two bright double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and a third bedroom with double sofa bed. There is one separate bathroom with shower. Outside, the main focus of the property is its private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.2m deep, open all year round). A covered large terrace with comfortable seating and table with chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining while enjoying the seaside breeze. The rooftop is also a main lounge area, with Jacuzzi (heated on request to 26 degrees Celsius; 2x2m; 0.7m deep), covered gazebo with table and chairs, sun lounges and of course, stunning sea views!
