Villa Le Palme is a splendid and bright villa located on the way into Ravello. From the villa guests enjoy fantastic views of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast. The villa is 300 sqm and features a private swimming pool, private terraces with sea views and private garden (10,000 sqm). Villa Le Palme is roughly 1.5km from Ravello town centre; restaurants, shops and bus stop for both local and longer distance busses are around 10 minutes walk from the villa. The heart of Ravello is the Piazza Vescovado, with the Cathedral and Palazzo Rufolo ruins. There are several historical villas that can be visited which are home to much of the art of Ravello and surrounded by splendid gardens, where musical and cultural events are held.
PLEASE NOTE: A separate annex by the pool is occupied by a very welcoming and discrete maid and her husband who look after the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
