Located in Tatinje Bay just 5 km from the historic town of Trogir, Villa Seka is a lovely modern villa with a swimming pool. An excellent choice for families or friends, the villa is just 40m from a small beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Okrug Gornji is 2.4 km away and Trogir (5 km) with its seaside promenade lined with bars, cafes, yachts, and top attractions like the St Lawrence Cathedral and Sacred Art Museum is within easy driving distance.
Villa Seka (384 sqm) develops over three levels (ground floor, first floor and second floor).
The villa consists of a bright open plan living room with a sitting area (with two single sofa beds – 120 cm x 200 cm), a dining area (with table for 10), a well-equipped modern kitchen area and an area equipped with a Jacuzzi hot tub. Guests can also enjoy a well-equipped gym and a sauna.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
