Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside close to the town of Montepulciano, Villa Aretina is a charming villa with a private swimming pool and a wellness area. It is situated in the Parco Villa Trecci between Valdichiana and Val d’Orcia, and guests are offered a free visit during their stay. The villa is also close to many traditional towns and is within driving distance of the famous art cities of Florence, Siena, San Quirico d’Orcia, Montalcino, and more.
The villa (400 sqm) develops over two levels (ground floor and first floor) connected by a lift.
On the ground floor, you will find a large dining room and a well-equipped modern kitchen as well as a bathroom and a wellness area that overlooks the garden. The wellness area includes an indoor heated pool with hydro-massage, sauna, Turkish bath, and sensory showers.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
