VILLA MERSE - SIENA AREA
Set in an ideal location with views of the surrounding hills, Villa Merse is a renovated holiday home with simple, modern furnishing and a garden with fencing allowing privacy at the pool. Guests can enjoy lovely meals outside on the covered terrace, perfect for dining ’al fresco’. The nearest Village is 1.5 kms away, where guests can find a restaurant, grocery, supermarket, butcher, bank, post office, hairdresser and market every Friday morning.
Ground floor: spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen (equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker), 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
First floor: living room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Outside July and August there is an underoccupancy price for up to 6 people. Please enquire or give us a call for more details.
