VILLA TRAMONTO - SALO AREA
This modern private villa can be found at the edge of the lake, not far from the town of Salo’, in fact just a few steps from the lakeside promenade of Salo’, and enjoying direct access to a beach with stunning views of the lake. It offers a private swimming pool placed in a large 2000 square metres garden. The villa consists of two independent but communicating apartments, with an internal and external staircase – perfect for two families.
On the ground floor, we find a large living area with sofa, TV, dining table with chairs, all in front of large floor to ceiling doors that open onto the garden and pool area. From the living room we can access a separate kitchen area, with an additional table with chairs, and equipped with large and small appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, stove, toaster , crockery, pots and pans. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (this bathroom has two entrances, one through an anteroom from the living room and one from the bedroom) and large windows looking towards the lake.
On the first floor, accessed via internal or external stairs, we have a second living room with double sofa bed, looking towards large doors that open onto the terrace, equipped with comfortable seating area and table for al-fresco meals. There is also a second smaller kitchen. The sleeping rooms on this floor consist of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower head; one double bedroom with access to the terrace. There is one separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, the property offers a large garden, well-tended areas furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and more. There is a private swimming pool (8x3m) with lake view and sun loungers. There is a private access to the beach in front of the house.
