This modern private villa can be found at the edge of the lake, not far from the town of Salo’, in fact just a few steps from the lakeside promenade of Salo’, and enjoying direct access to a beach with stunning views of the lake. It offers a private swimming pool placed in a large 2000 square metres garden. The villa consists of two independent but communicating apartments, with an internal and external staircase – perfect for two families.
On the ground floor, we find a large living area with sofa, TV, dining table with chairs, all in front of large floor to ceiling doors that open onto the garden and pool area. From the living room we can access a separate kitchen area, with an additional table with chairs, and equipped with large and small appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, stove, toaster , crockery, pots and pans. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
