VILLA TIHOMIRA - DUBROVNIK AREA
Located close to Dubrovnik, Villa Tihomira is a lovely waterfront villa with a swimming pool and large outdoor spaces. Ideal for a holiday with family or groups of friends, the villa is conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The historic town of Dubrovnik is within easy driving distance and the villa manager can help you with boat trips and day trips to nearby places such as Makarska or Hvar.
The villa manager can also help with travel arrangements, airport and local transfers, restaurant reservations, special gatherings, and celebrations, or procure additional staff for your stay, be it a butler, a private chef, or a maid at an additional cost.
Villa Tihomira (580 sqm) develops over two levels.
The entrance foyer (furnished as a cozy lounge) is the central space on the ground floor. To the right of the foyer, you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with tub), one with a garden exit and one with an exit to a sitting area. To the left of the foyer, you will find a well-equipped professional kitchen, a bar area, another living area (with a fireplace) and a dining area that comfortably seats 16 people.
You will also find four large bedroom suites spread over two floors. In each suite, you will find a comfortable living area and a large modern bathroom (with shower and underfloor heating). Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom (with king size bed, TV, toiletries and safe).
Two of the bedrooms have pull-out sofas that can be used as single beds.
Outside, at the front of the villa, you will find a walled courtyard with outdoor furniture and a dining area as well as a glass bridge that connects you to an upper terrace with a furnished relaxation area. To the rear of the villa, you will find a terraced Mediterranean garden which features lawns, a swimming pool, a shady lounge/dining area and a herb garden, where you can pick fresh spices.
