The Property Manager/Book&Pay agency propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, this charming air-conditioned apartment, with swimming pool, of a surface of 74 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², equipped kitchen, and a nice bedroom. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 21 m² with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a closet/dressing room with access to the west terrace through a French window and a shower room with an Italian shower.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
