Villa Fedora (800 sqm) is a gated property which consists of a main villa which develops over three levels and three guesthouses. MAIN VILLA (sleeps 10) On the first level, you will find an open plan living room (with built-in sofas, flat screen TV and access to the pool area), a dining area for twelve (with a bar and access to the pool area), and a well-equipped kitchen (with flat screen TV). You will also find one bathroom (with shower), a wine cellar and storage room, as well as two staff bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and a staff living area. On the second level, you will find a coffee station and four double bedrooms (with king-size beds, air conditioning, flat screen TV, hairdryer, safe box, pool and sea view) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and living areas (with built-in sofas). Two of the bedrooms are connected (by a door). On the third level, you will find a double bedroom (with built-in king-size bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV, hairdryer, safe box, Wi-Fi, sea view) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a living area (with built-in sofa) and access to a private balcony. Garden Guesthouse (sleeps 2) The Garden Guesthouse has an independent entrance and consists of one double bedroom (with built-in king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, safe box, sound system, garden view) an ensuite bathroom (with shower), a small living area (with 2 sofa beds), a kitchenette, a desk (with ethernet) and access to a private terrace and patio. Vineyard Guesthouse (sleeps 2) The Vineyard Guesthouse has an independent entrance and consists of a double bedroom (with a built-in king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, safe box), an ensuite bathroom (with shower), a desk (with ethernet), and access to a private patio. Church Guesthouse (sleeps 2) The Church Guesthouse has an independent entrance and consists of one double bedroom (with built-in king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, safe box) an ensuite bathroom (with shower), a desk (with ethernet), kitchenette and access to an outdoor seating area (for 10 guests) and a barbecue. Outside, a large, well-maintained garden features a 140 sqm swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, lounge/dining areas (for 24 people) and a traditional stone oven and barbecue. There is also an outdoor sound system, playground, chapel, and private parking (for 10 cars).
