Located only 700 metres from the town of Massa Lubrense, Villa Martina is a private property with private swimming pool ideal for those who want to be close to amenities. Within walking distance you will find shops, restaurants, bars and the bus stop that takes you into the nearby towns such as Sorrento which is only 5km away.
Furthermore, the beach of Marina Della Lobra is only 300 metres away and can be reached via a private path of 100 steps directly from the villa. There, you will be able to find seaside restaurants and amenities. A car is recommended and it can be parked in a reserved parking space large enough for two vehicles, found at street level. Access to the villa is from the main street through an electric gate and down a private foot path of around 300 metres. Please bear in mind that this is a steep descent and cars cannot fit. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
