VILLA STILOSA - SALO AREA
Situated near the town of Salò on the southwestern shores of Lake Garda, this stylish and contemporary villa features a private swimming pool and a garden. Ideal for family holidays, it serves as a fantastic base for exploring Salò (4 km) and other charming towns surrounding Lake Garda. Within walking distance, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and the lake itself, and nearby amenities include tennis courts, football facilities, and an adventure park for children.
Villa Stilosa (300 sqm) develops over three levels.
On the lower level, there are three double bedrooms each with a double bed and ensuite bathrooms featuring showers.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with an open-plan design, consisting of a comfortable seating area (with sofas), a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a double bedroom (with double bed) accompanied by an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower.
Stairs from the living room lead to a mezzanine floor featuring a double bed with a curtain for privacy. In the attic, there is another double bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) separated by a curtain rather than a door. These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a tub and handheld shower). Additionally, there is a guest bathroom (with toilet) available for common use.
On request, a cot for a child can be added and an extra single bed can be added in two of the bedrooms on the lower level.
Outside, nearly all the bedrooms have an area with tables and chairs and the garden surrounding the villa features a patio with a dining and lounge area. The swimming pool measures 14 x 3.6 metres, 1.4m deep. It is open from May to September and has a sunbathing area with sun loungers. Parking in garage for 3 cars + 1 parking place open air, total 4 parking places (or 5 spaces in case of small cars).
