Located in a small hamlet about 10 km from Siena in the beautiful Tuscany countryside, Villa Sidonia is a lovely stone house with a private swimming pool. The villa is close to Sovicille (4 km), where you can find shops, restaurants and other amenities and the nearest restaurant is just 800 m away. There are many traditional Tuscan villages in the area and the towns of San Gimignano (50 km), Montalcino (51 km), Pienza (63 km), Florence (80 km) and Arezzo (96 km) are all within easy driving distance.
This (100 sqm2) villa develops over two levels.
In front of the villa, you will find a large open courtyard with an iron gate. A door from the courtyard followed by three steps takes you to down to the sleeping area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (shower).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
