This cosy 7-person flat with terrace is located on the first floor. The living room has a sofa with a large couch, 2 comfortable armchairs and a dining table. There is a TV with DVD player, Fox Sport and Film 1 Channel is available. The luxury kitchen is equipped with all imaginable appliances and cooking utensils. There is also a separate guest toilet. There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large bed and is extra long. One bedroom has a single bed, the other 2 bedrooms have bunk beds, of which one bunk bed has a slightly larger lower bed. There is enough space to hang clothes in all rooms. The bathroom has a shower, a double washbasin, a bathtub and a toilet. There is a playground and a trampoline in the garden for the children. On the ground floor, children can have fun with the Playstation, table football, chalk board and various children’s toys. There is also a room for all the ski equipment. If you need a high chair or a cot, please indicate this when booking. There are many beautiful cycling and hiking trails near the flat. There is a playground 50 metres from the flat and a swimming pool 150 metres away. Neuastenberg has nice restaurants and its own butcher and baker. The Sauerland is known for its many charming towns and beautiful nature. There are many interesting places in the neighbourhood. There is plenty to do and experience for children, such as a fun trip to Fort Fun, an adventure park with many attractions. You will also find the small Postwiese ski area and a ski hire centre. The centre of Winterberg is a 10-minute drive from the flat.
