The Home
The living room has a cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa bed and gives you access to the balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful view. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and a large dining table. Both bedrooms have two single beds with innerspring mattresses and plenty of wardrobe space. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The children were also thought of. There are games, DVDs and toys for them. There is a cot with a mattress.
The apartment complex is located directly on the Postwiesen ski slope (ski-in and ski-out) and on the Rothaarsteig hiking trail. In the village of Neuastenberg you will find several restaurants within walking distance (50 meters), as well as the ski school, the lifts and the ski rental. In the vicinity of the apartment there are many beautiful cycling and hiking trails. The Sauerland is known for its many cozy towns and beautiful natural areas....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
