This bright, welcoming apartment is located near the beautiful mountains of Sauerland. The perfect base for a day on the slopes. Go skiing, sledging and tobogganing, or take a lovely walk or a scenic bike ride with the whole family. The accommodation offers room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) and is on the 2nd floor. You reach the accommodation via the stairs. All rooms in the accommodation are on one floor, but some rooms are linked with steps. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa bed with a television and a dining table for four. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
