You enter the hallway in the middle of the house. In the hall there is space to store your skis and hiking and/or ski boots. From the living room you have a beautiful view over the village and the Sauerland hills. Through the double doors you can access the balcony. In the kitchen, the table takes center stage with comfortable dining chairs to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or board games with your friends and/or family. The kitchen is fully equipped. The holiday home has full double rooms with 2x single beds. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, making them suitable for people who don’t want to climb stairs. On this floor is the first bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms are one floor up. The bathroom on this floor has a bath, shower, sink and toilet. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
