Located in the heart of Pollença, Vinya Frares is a newly renovated, luxury villa of excellent quality that perfectly combines the charm of a traditional Mallorcan house with the most modern comforts and amenities. The renovation has preserved the property’s original elements, such as the wooden beams that add a rustic touch, while prioritizing light and functionality to offer a unique stay.
With a capacity for 6 people, the villa has three cozy bedrooms on the upper floor: two double rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin room with two single beds. On the same floor, there is an additional full bathroom, ideal for the comfort of all guests.
The living room and all bedrooms include hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has the air conditioning programmed in all units from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
The ground floor is dedicated to social enjoyment, with a modern and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. This common space is perfect for enjoying pleasant moments with family and friends, while enjoying the views of the outdoors. In the garden, a pool surrounded by nature offers a peaceful place to relax, while the surrounding land, filled with olive trees and other fruit trees, invites relaxing walks.
Outside, Vinya Frares also has a barbecue area, ideal for enjoying a summer evening with good company and outdoor dinners. The property is surrounded by large green spaces, ensuring privacy and tranquility at all times.
For added convenience, the villa offers free WiFi throughout the house.
Located in Pollença, a picturesque village in the north of Mallorca, Vinya Frares is within walking distance of everything you need: shops, restaurants, bars, and of course, the stunning beach of Puerto Pollensa. The villa offers the perfect retreat for those looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a luxurious and comfortable setting, without losing touch with the local essence.
In Pollença, you will find shops, a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the surroundings at night and take part in its activities. On Sundays, there is a local farmers’ market in the main square where you’ll find plenty of local fruits, vegetables, and spices.
The beach of Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing under the sun, or for the more active, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as the locals call it), there is a mini-market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences, and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.
