The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, the house has a spacious living room with a seating area. On the other side of the living room you will find a dining table for 6 people and a pellet wood stove. From the living room you can go directly to the large garden via a small outside staircase. The open kitchen is fully equipped. Adjacent to the hallway is a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a double bed with an electrically adjustable headboard and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower, bath, sink and toilet. Finally, there is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed (separate 1-person box spring beds 0.90 x 2.00 m). One of the two bedrooms leads to the second bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. In the basement there is a recreation room for children with a table football game and toys. In this basement there is also a utility room with a washing machine and a separate room for storing bicycles or skis. This area is easily accessible from the outside, so you can easily reach your ski equipment or bikes. The house is suitable for people with a house dust mite allergy; some beds have allergy covers, smooth floors, leather sofas, etc. This holiday home is located in Altastenberg. In Altastenberg there are several restaurants and several ski rentals. The house is on a quiet street and you can take beautiful walks directly from the house. The well-known ski resort of Winterberg is only a 5-minute drive from the house.
