CORRADO RESIDENCE (BLU) - MARZAMEMI AREA
Corrado Residence is a beautiful property located just a few steps away from the sandy San Lorenzo beach near Marzamemi town. Situated in an ideal spot for discovering Eastern Sicily and visit places such as Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Syracuse and many more. Within walking distance you will be able to find the beach and a delicatessen shop with the nearest restaurants, shops and bank in Marzamemi at 3km away.
Corrado Residence is composed of four modern apartments, each with its own independent entrance.
Apartment Blu is located on the first floor of the house. Inside, we find the living area with open plan kitchen and single sofa bed, with direct access to the outside terrace. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. There is one separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, we have a covered terrace with table and chairs for al fresco meals, from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views. There is also a little garden with decked area, equipped with sun lounges and outdoor seating area as well as a barbecue and a ground floor bathroom with shower access.
