Luxurious and modern, this detached single-storey cottage is found in the beautifully situated Ferienpark Sauerland holiday park. It is located approximately 100 m from the slopes and approximately 2.2 km from the centre of Niedersfeld. The charming centre of Winterberg is located approximately 6.7 km away.
The cottage is furnished in a comfortable, attractive and complete waty. Due to the high windows, the living room is wonderfully light and provides a beautiful view of the surrounding hilly landscape of the Sauerland. You’ll find a cosy pellet stove and a TV in the living room. Ideal for colder days. The luxurious open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and an oven. There are two bedrooms, each with two comfortable single box-spring beds that can be set up as double beds. In the bathroom, you will find a lovely sun shower and a toilet.
Outside you can enjoy the covered terrace, garden furniture and a BBQ. Here you’ll also find the wood-fired hot tub to relax in. The cottage also has a roof terrace that offers a stunning view of the beautiful surroundings. There is a storage room where you can store skis and/or bicycles. There is parking space for one car in the vicinity of the chalet.
The Ferienpark Sauerland holiday park offers four different types of cottages, each accommodating four to six people.
