Located in Santa Maria del Focallo, a small town in south-east Sicily, Villa Miriam is a lovely modern villa with a private garden and swimming pool. The villa is close to Santa Maria del Focallo beach and just a short driving distance from the town of Ispica, where you can find shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently located for trips to the beautiful baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Noto, and Syracuse.
Villa Miriam (100 sqm) develops over one level.
The villa consists of an open plan living room with a lounge area (with sofa, chairs, and TV), a dining area (with table for 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), two ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and one separate bathroom (with shower).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
