The Silverdale Lodge is a luxury lodge sleeping 6 guests and situated less than 5 miles from St Andrews. The lodge has three bedrooms. One double bedroom two further bedrooms each with two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The lodge has a large decked area with garden furniture and BBQ, the perfect place to be on a lovely summers day with views towards the countryside or the Eden Estuary. Whilst staying at Silverdale Lodge you will be located at Stewarts Resort, St Andrews Lodge Park where you will have access to the on site Spa lounge with sauna, steam room, gym, hot tub & swim spa. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
